Payment Terms All services must be agreed and confirmed in advance. Payment is required prior to or at the start of each service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, cash, or other agreed payment methods. For ongoing services, payments may be scheduled weekly or monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. We aim to be flexible and understanding, but timely payment ensures we can continue to provide reliable and high-quality support.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.If you wish to cancel ongoing services, we require 7 days’ notice.Refunds for prepaid services will be issued for any unused sessions, in line with our cancellation policy.We aim to be fair and flexible while protecting the time and availability of our team.
